Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in every plan. Larger operations on Scale get a named onboarding engineer for data migration.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. MZK WMS runs in the browser and works with commodity Android scanners. If you already own scanning hardware, chances are it works out of the box.
Can I change plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
Where is my data stored?
In UK/EU cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export your data at any time.
What does “fully remote” mean for onboarding?
Everything — demo, setup, training and support — happens over video and screen-share, anywhere in Germany.
