Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of this website and any MZK WMS subscription entered into with MZK Holdings (NW) Limited (Company No. 16352708). Subscriptions are additionally governed by the order form or agreement signed at purchase.

2. Website use

Content on this site is provided for information. We may update features and pricing described here; the terms applicable to your subscription are those agreed at purchase.

3. Subscriptions

• Plans are billed per site, monthly or annually in advance, excluding VAT.
• Plan limits (users, shipments, warehouses) apply as described on the pricing page.
• Either party may end a subscription at the end of a billing cycle with written notice.

4. Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly availability of the service, excluding scheduled maintenance notified in advance. Support is provided in UK business hours with CET overlap.

5. Liability

Nothing limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, each party’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Monthly plans may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle from the billing portal or by written notice; access continues until the paid period ends and no further charge is raised. Annual plans may be cancelled before renewal; fees for the current annual term are non-refundable once the term has started, except where a refund is required by law. If we terminate a subscription for convenience, we refund the unused proportion of prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis within 30 days.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales; the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
