2. What we collect

• Enquiry data — name, email, phone, company and message you submit via our forms.
• Account data — for subscribers: user accounts, billing contact and subscription details.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics about pages visited, collected only with your consent.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps).
• To deliver and support the subscription service (contract performance).
• To improve the site, with analytics only where you accepted non-essential cookies (consent).

4. Sharing and storage

We never sell personal data. Data is stored with UK/EU cloud providers under appropriate safeguards and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
